| David stayed with us and he was so fun to have around. He was a good sport and played games with us, in the evenings after the Martins headed back to the hotel. |
On Friday, The girls went one way and the guys split up. Ken and the Martin Boys went golfing....Scott's back was bothering him and Jim had a ton of work so Uncle Scoby hung out with the boys. The girls ( minus Natalie and Cole- who had a rough night and stayed at the hotel) headed out to The American Girl Doll store! We had a very fun time! Vicki bought Emma the AG twins that looked just like Emma and her brother. Haley got 3 books she didn't have. We made reservations to have dessert in the AG cafe and then went to the food court for lunch and a ride on the Carrousel. Dessert was so fun...rootbeer floats, flower pot dessert, caramel and fudge sundaes, too! What a fun day. We all met back together and ate dinner at Southern Smoke BBQ! YUM!......Later we spent time around the firepit, roasted mini marshmallows ( haha) and enjoyed just being together.
